Meet and Greet Service

Making your own travel arrangements

If your only flight option is one that arrives and/or departs in the US at an inconvenient hour for the host family (after 9pm on arrival and before 11am on departure) ECI is happy to provide a Meet and Greet Service.

An ECI representative will meet your son or daughter at the airport or any other designated arrival place. Prior to your child’s departure, ECI will provide you with all necessary contact information, phone numbers, and a detailed meeting place and time. Once we have met your child, we will take him/her to meet the host family. Rest assured that someone will meet your child and make sure that he/she gets to their host family. Remember that airline schedules are always subject to change.
