Phyllis O’Neill (right)
Phyllis has a Master's degree in Education, extensive teaching experience, and a love for travel and adventure. Her enthusiasm and dedication to quality keep her passionate about ECI's committment to offer the most enriching language and cultural experiences possible.

Marie Harris (left)
Marie has taught in high schools in both Vienna and England. She has a Master's degree in Education, and considerable experience leading educational programs both in Europe and the U.S. She is committed to maintaining ECI’s reputation for excellence and quality.

Sonya Shinkins
Sonya has a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Languages - French and Spanish, and has taught at a university in France and private schools in Spain. She has a great love for meeting foreign people and traveling, and has been living in France for the past five years and is presently living in Spain.

Tracy Cone
Tracy has a Master's degree in Economics as well as undergraduate degrees in French and Economics. She studied in France in college, and that experience sparked her love for travel, adventure, and sharing new cultures and languages with others. She is fluent in French and speaks conversational Spanish.

Daniella Quinones
Daniella has a Master's degree in Global Marketing Communications and is fluent in Spanish. She has lived in Mexico and Spain, and has a passion for learning about different cultures and traveling abroad. She has traveled throughout Europe and Latin America and is a great resource for ECI in the classroom, on the marketing front, and on tour.

Remy Tennant
Remy has a Bachelor's degree in European History and never hesitates to put it to good use to inspire others to be as passionate about travel as he is. He spent his junior year abroad in Granada, Spain and completed college with an immersion program in Nîmes, France. He believes that when it comes to developing international awareness and understanding among young people, there is no substitute for experience.

Andrea Martinez
Andrea has a Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences and Sociology. She has lived in both Venezuela and Chile and is presently living in Spain. She loves to travel, meet foreign people and discover new cultures. She really enjoys her role as Spanish Program Coordinator and Local Chaperone.

Monica Roney
Monica has a Bachelor's degree in Spanish literature and culture. She lived in Madrid, Spain for 7 years and has traveled all over Europe. Her passion to teach Spanish brought her home to the Bay Area where she taught Spanish for 10 years. As Program Manager for our inbound groups, she enjoys bringing language and culture together through travel and experiential learning with students from all around the world.

Monica Scannell
Monica has a Master's degree in International & Multicultural Education as well as an undergraduate degree in Spanish. She studied at El Centro Norteamericano in Sevilla, Spain during her junior year of college. She loves to travel and explore different countries and cultures. Monica believes studying abroad is a mind-opening, life-changing opportunity for students of all ages.
